Sets Mod Role. Only Users With Mod Role Can Use The Task Commands. If No Mod Role Is There Then Everyone Can Use It

Usage:

t!addstaff [@role | role id] ... upto 5

Aliases:

t!staffadd [@role | role id]

To Remove Mod Role You Can Say remove Instead Of Specifying The Role.
