# Task Bot Privacy Policy

By using TaskBot, you agree to the following privacy policy.

#### What information is stored?

* Guild IDs
* Role IDs
* Channel IDs
* User IDs

#### Why we store the information and how we use it.

* Guilds ID's Are Stored For Configuration Settings (to get other data guild bases, storing tasks and custom guild prefix)
* Role ID's Are Stored For Mod Role (who can run task commands).
* Channel ID's Are Stored For Logging Settings (such as auto logging completed tasks and other task logs)
* User ID's Are Stored When Task Is Claimed/Assigned (so different users have different tasks)

Data Is Stored In [MongoDB](https://www.mongodb.com/legal/privacy-policy) Which Bot Owners Can Access

#### Third Party Data Sharing

Task Bot shares data with [Statcord,](https://statcord.com/) a service that publicly provides the bot's usage statistics.
